Error description
This issue is seen using a BB 9900 or 9930. Credential caching has been set to 8760 so each time the user is prompted to logon; their credentials should be prepopulated. In most cases it appears to do so except when the Mobile app has been left to run in the background (via BB the end/power key), wait for 24 hours to pass and then open the Mobile app again, the logon dialog appears but is no longer prepopulated with the users credentials.
