Error description

• When building/passing a URL to a browser, the plugin seems to
  drop all but the first '#' character in the URL exec string.
  
  As long as the project 4-part-name contains only one '#'
  character (in the instance, db_name#1) this works.  If the
  4-part-name has more than one '#' (has a # in the version
  because the project was originally created in another db) then
  the second # is striped off.
  
  If an extra '#' is placed in front of the exec line in
  the plugin, then you don't get either '#'.
