PM68551: baseline signature information not displayed correctly in printouts

Error description

• When generating printed reports using DOORS printing with a page
  setup where signatures are included, if the number of signatures
  (including the comments with those signatures) applied to the
  given baseline exceeds a single page, two issues are observed -
  both of which are unexpected-
  (1) the signatures at the bottom of page run past the bottom
  margin of the defined Page Setup (which can result in obscuring
  other footer information
  (2) the signatures that roll on to the top of the subsequent
  page (or pages) will overwrite and obscure the content of other
  signature information located at this same spot on the top of
  the page.
