PM68368: POWERPLAY STUDIO CONTEXT MENU IN WRONG LOCATION FOR CUSTOM SUBSETS IN DIMENSIONS WITH LARGE NUMBER OF ENTRIES

Error description

• After creating a custom subset for a dimension with a large
  number of first level children, the context menu to allow for
  modification of the custom subset is not placed immediately next
  to the custom subset item.  You are forced to scroll up in the
  dimension viewer in order to see any entries in the context
  menu.  This issue is only visible in Internet Explorer (7, 8,
  and 9), and cannot be replicated in Firefox (3.6 and 13).
