PM68342: Message CTG8628I is written only to the CICS TG Job log; writing CTG8628I to the z/OS system log as well would aid automation

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Applications can monitor the z/OS system log for error or
  information messages, and can act on those messages. When CICS
  TG starts, it detects any outstanding recovery units and outputs
  the following message to the CICS TG job log:
     CTG8628I Retrieved interest in <number> units of recovery
       from RRS
  Writing message CTG8628I to both the z/OS system log and the job
  log would help allow for automation applications to take
  appropriate action when there are units of recovery.
