Error description

• Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1? Create a new query and format and save it with a name
  containing extended characters
   --?  Test for German Chars (Dies ist ein Test f?r
  Deutsch-Zeichen)???????
  2? Save this query and share it
  3? On the home page create a new home page and the use the query
  that was saved
  4? Assign it to a user
  5? Login as the assigned user and the extended Characters are
  incorrectly displayed
  
  Note: The behavior is not seen when using Rational Change
  FixPack 5.2.0.6.
