PM67825: Manage Workspace option not working correctly in Rational System Architect

Error description

• Manage Workspace option not working correctly in Rational System
  Architect. Description field not available for update after
  creating new workspace from System Architect.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Change Description using Manage Workspaces option from SAEM.
  
  Reopen Manage Workspaces dialog and reselect newly created
  workspaces to see Created By and Last Modified By information.

  Description field not available for update after creating
  new workspace from System Architect. It is correct that the
  field was not supposed to be modified from System Architect
  but the field is presented as if it is available for update.
  
  Created By and Last Modified By information is not presented
  for created workspace until the Manage Workspaces dialog is
  reopened.
  

Problem conclusion

• RE Select Workspace dialog...
  Description and Extra Details appear with same background
  color as the bounding frame, with the 'Disabled Text'
  forecolor. User can now select and copy from both controls,
  but cannot enter or paste text.
  
  RE Manage Workspaces dialog...
  Description and Extra Details boxes appear with same
  background color as the bounding frame, with the 'Disabled
  Text' forecolor when disabled. Description box appears with
  white background and black foreground when enabled. User can
  now select and copy from both controls.
  Selecting workspace with mouse or keyboard results in
  description box being available for update if the dialog was
  not invoked from SA.
  The Created By and Last Modified By information is now
  presented for created workspaces.
