PM67436: Rhapsody crashes on opening the Panel Diagram

Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 3 (7.6.1.3) for 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This model and panel diagram was developed in 7.5.3 and when
  trying to open the panel diagram in 7.6.1, rhapsody crashes.
  
  
  Scenario is as follows:
  
  
  1. Open the model.
  2. Open Panel Diagram.
  Packages-?HMISimulator-?Packages-?BTAudioHMI-?Panel
  Diagrams-?BTAudioPanel.
  3. Close the panel diagram.
  4. Open the same panel diagram again.
  5. Rhapsody crashes.
  
  
  Attached is the model for reference.
  
  
  Business Impact:
  TCS is facing lot of issue in terms of using Rhapsody, TC and it
  is important for us to retain their confidence in our offerings
  as of today they are the biggest users of Rhapsody and its
  addons in India
