PM67340: The RSS Feed from BuildForge showing incorrect date info

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The build results by RSS feed shows incorrect date (always
  1/01/1970 11:00AM)

  The UI code get the showing job fired time ,then convert it
  to RSS2.0 pubDate
   but the showing  job fired time is determined by actual
  fired time ?user time zone ? user time format, the
  conversion will fail in most case(showing job fired time
  format doesn't conform to conversion requirements)
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed way:get the actual job fired time(user time zone and
  user time format doesn't affect its value), then process
  conversion
