PM67310: Error when creating a channel on a Cognos Viewer portlet with a shortcut to a report entry

• In Cognos 10.1.1, create a new page, add a cognos viewer with a
  shortcut to a report entry. The following error message comes up
  when trying to set up a channel on the portlet:??RSV-CM-0005????
