  Create an Application Definition and refer a document in SA
  file table. Open SA/XT v11.4.1.2 and try to click the
  hyperlink of that doc. An error occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• malformed url. Update needed to updateurls.js file
  
  Workaround - Using the Open button when editing the
  definition using the SA/XT property editor.
