PM67032: CLIENT HANGS IF GTP RUNS WHILE USERS IN SYSTEM

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a GTP is run whilst users are in the system users get the
  familiar 'The application definition has changed on the server'
  message, if they proceed with the restructuring progress then
  the 'processing, please wait' box appears, they then get an
  'Internal Application Problem? error. This seems to only happen
  when there are Validation Rules
