  * Cause
  In 7122, we changed the sticky on restart behavior for work
  item 20357. However that change broken the sticky on
  restart.
  
  * Fix
  Due to the current schema limitation, we only support to
  stick on the same server for restart when sticky properties
  is on. If customer wants to change the server for sticky, he
  needs to start a new job.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in 7134 release
