APAR status

Error description

  • Customer is using the Apache_Mod and is attempting to save a
Business Insight dashboard that contains a "part" of a report.
Dashboard can be saved if the entire report is added, or if
using CGI instead of Apache_mod.

Local fix

  • Switch to CGI gateway (cgi is not allowed on production gateways
, however)
