PM66480: TM1: DELETING ELEMENT FROM DIMENSION CAUSES TM1 SERVER TO PEG CPU

Error description

  • When deleting elements from a dimension, saving the changes will
    cause the TM1 server to peg that session to a CPU and max out
    the thread.  One can still log back into TM1, but that thread is
    hung/maxed-out.
