Error description

• Batch job received USER COMPLETION CODE=1478 REASON
  CODE=00C20004
    Problem found in CSQAGTMN when allocating new 4K blocks
  to be passed from the large pool to the small pool. CSQAGTMN
  believes that the block has not been allocated when the block
  has been sucessfully added to the pool. This causes the
  MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR (2195) and the SNAP dump
  CSQB_ABEND_PROPS_FAILURE (00C20004) in CSQBPAPI.

  (p1-p8) from the large pool (p9).
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQAGTMN has been changed to return the correct return code when
  storage blocks are successfully allocated to the message handle
  small storage pools.
