PM66014: COGNOS MOBILE WILL NOT BROWSE INTO A FOLDER CALLED "PUBLIC FOLDERS"

Error description

  • If there is a folder called "Public Folders" within Public
Folders in Cognos Connection you cannot navigate into it using
either the iPad mobile app or using the /m folder in the
browser.

Local fix

  • The top folrder "Public Folders" should be renamed to something
different, e.g: "Public Content" or "Public".
