PM65978: ISB: PROBLEM WITH DATE-FORMAT

Error description

• If you are using the ISB and you have set one element in
  date-format (mm.dd.yyyy) and using Regional and Language
  Settings of the OS German (Germany), open such a view with ISB
  in Excel and you will see, NO date is shown, only the numerical
  display.????Hint1: This doesn't happen if the Regional and
  Language Settings of the OS is English (United States)??Hint 2:
  No matter which Regioanl and Language Option is set - it works
  always fine with Cubeviewer, Slice from Cubeviewer to Excel or
  ActiveForm from Cubeviewer to Excel??
