APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Sending a report to iPad fails with 'The Mobile service has
    caught an exception: com.cognos.mobile.common.CMException:
    (code 1111)'. Differen IO exceptions are logged as the cause in
    mob.log. Once in many attempts a report was sent to iPad
    successfully.
    

Local fix

  • To avoid the problem the user account membership must be limited
     to 10-15 Groups/Roles.
