PM65660: ROUNDING ISSUE WHEN COPY OUT OF CONTRIBUTOR WEB 10.1.1 FP1

Error description

• In 10.1.1 FP1 that when you copy from Contributor and paste into
  Excel (or into another Contributor app) it rounds the number to
  the nearest dollar.  In 10.1.1 base and in 8.4 when you copy
  paste into Excel it pastes the dollar with decimals.  When tying
  back to 8.4 it gives a slight rounding difference.
