Error description

• Rational Developer for System z Suffers from an overlay of
  storage causing various symptoms in RSE Server. The symptoms are
  usually abends (ABEND0C4 ABENDS0C4 S0C4, ABENDU4038 U4038,
  ABENDU4039 U4039) but loops, killed and timeout processes can
  also be observed.
  
  The overlay is related to the Display Process,Cpu operator
  command and contains data that looks like
  STCRSE 121/ThreadPoolProcess
  USER01 24747/SecuredThread
  USER02 535907/UniversalFileSystemMiner
  USER02 35909/EnvironmentMiner
  USER03 35911/CommandMiner

  01.Dead server process problem occurred after activating APARs
     AM64435 and AM63609
  02.Abend occurred in fekfomvs in using D P,CPU command.
     The buffer was prepared only for 600 threads in processing
     D P,CPU command.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.To analyze audit log problem, undocumented error code must be
     logged in C send API. This logic damaged the C heap area but
     now it is fixed.
  02.Now, fekfomvs module prepares the buffer which is enough for
     4000 threads per process. Even if the actual threads is over
     4000, the D P,CPU command will display only 4000 threads.
