  CMM 10.1.289??In Cognos COnfiguration, if we set "Allow
  anonymous access?' to false, the the impact diagram did not show
  up in PDF format for pre-canned report "Metric performance". But
  it shows up in HTML format.??Also the report "Scorecard
  performance" runs forever in PDF format.??But if we set this
  setting to true, then we can see the impact diagram in PDF
  format and report "Scorecard performance" shows up in PDF
  format.
