Use a wmf-icon for the diagram symbol instead of a bmp-icon

  • The root cause of this seems to be in a third party open
source project called Batik. A workaround has been provided
where they can use the wmf format instead of bmp. This issue
is not holding up the client from moving forward with their
deployment. The client has agreed to close the case.
