Abstract: Attempts to use IBM Rational Business Developer
Tutorial 'Creating a secured JAX-WS Web service from an WSDL
file' result in missing JAX-WS feature using the Wizard.
Problem: When you use Rational Tutorial and Samples contains
chapter JAX-WS runtime which is not available with Rational
Business Developer with the Java Wizard.


Local fix:
JAX-WS runtime only supported for EGL code generated to Java.
