  Problem description:  The getProperty(), getProperties() (and
  other methods that the customer listed in the description of the
  issue below) would fail to find the object if it's disable.

  The RFT playback would throw an objectNotFoundException for
  GUI actions on controls that are disabled as it doesn't make
  sense to perform actions on an object which is not available
  to be modified. However, this logic doesn't hold good when
  we perform the getter actions on a disabled control and we
  should still be able to retrieve the values even though the
  control itself is disabled. Rectified this logic to return
  appropriate values for that getter calls.
  

Problem conclusion

• All the getXXX() function implementation has been changed to
  provide appropriate values for the disabled controls instead
  of throwing ObjectNotFoundException
