Error description
Rational Developer for System (RDz) receives FEK105E Error in sending audit data (rc=EOTHER) in z/OS system log as RSE failed to update the audit.log The message occurrs at irregular intervals and is only visible in the z/OS system log. The message can occurr several times a day and then several days without this error. The message means that RSE was unable to update the audit log. The exact reason was not reported back to RSE, hence the 'EOTHER' classification. The audit.log shows a single log entry where a pair of log entries (call ? response) is expected. There is no interruption of the RDz services

Problem conclusion
01.rc=EOTHER means that other code was returned by send API. In fact, the return code was EMSGSIZE (Message too long). MVSminer tried to write a big data for nonroundtrippable characters. Now, RDz will truncate the audit log data to 256 bytes 02.Now, the concurrent thread exception will not occur in MVS miner finish() method.
