APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is getting a URE when running a cli ccm collapse
  command from the classic client interface.  At this time he is
  also comparing two baselines (one of which is being affected by
  the collapse command) from within the java client and the URE is
  on this client.
