When there's a behavior triggered by an onload event, JWL
cancels all other onload events (including dialogs with
initiallyShow="true"). I changed the onload behavior to be
onclick for and invisible button, then simulated a button
    click using Dojo's addOnLoad facility.

This is now fixed in RAM v7.5.2.
