Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When using specific regular expressions in data correlation rules file, the "Re-correlate data" wizard and the "Generate test" wizard may report the error "Unbalanced ( in regular expression" or "Unbalanced ) in regular expression" although all regular expressions used in the file are actually correct. This happens on regular expressions that use the character class feature (e.g. [a-z] or [.-$;]) and include the characters '(' and/or ')'.
