PM64020: INCONSISTENT BEHAVIOR WHEN CHANGING SOURCE REPORT FOR REPORT VIEW

Error description

• Based on the documentation read or execute permissions are
  sufficient to create a report view. But if you try to change the
  source report of an existing report view only reports with read
  permissions are available.?Customer denied read on reports, to
  prevent the user to open those in Report Studio. All reports
  that you can create a report view of, should be available in the
  dialog to choose as source report.?
