PM63830: BUILD FORGE JOB FAILS WIHEN AGENT RUN IN USER MODE ON WINDOWS 7 AND WINDOWS SERVER 2008

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• From a  Linux based console, the job will succeed if thew
  Windows-based agent is run 'as a Service' but fails if run in
  'user mode'.

  When agent is running with user mode on Windows7/Win2008R2,
  console on Linux/Unix connects to agent, the socket needs a
  relative long time to be ready.but current design will time
  out.
  

Problem conclusion

• Adding more times to get the socket Ready status
