PM63628: REPORT WITH 400 QUERIES HANGS

Error description

• A report with 400 queries hangs with DQM mode.?(FYI. In case of
  CQM, it gets  UDA-SQL-0449 , memory allocation error with
  compatible mode)??The issue can be replicated with around 400
  queries producing singletons in a table, going against Go Sales
  (Query) for DQM package. However, a similar report with 300
  queries runs fine in under a minute. ??This number of queries is
  not really feasible and would require a redesign for report, but
  customer insists that Cognos should handle other requests such
  as opening the package from Report Studio, even if running the
  report with 400 queries could be failed or hanging by a
  limitation. As a result, opening a package from Report Studio
  also fails.
