Error description

• Permissions removed from namespace after content store
  deployment export.
  

Local fix

• Re-start IBM Cognos services if issue occurs. To prevent issue,
  run content store consistency check and choose to check Referenc
  es to external namespaces. Make sure to select Find and Fix opti
  on. After this, doing a content store deployment will not affect
   the permissions on the namespace.  * Backup of content store sh
  ould be done before doing this.
