Error description

• The Flexera FlexNet Publisher lmutil.exe utility shipped with
  IBM Rational ClearCase 7.1.2.x or 8.x cannot report 'ClearCase,'
  'MultiSite,' or any license served by Rational License Key
  Server 8.1.2.x when running 'lmutil lmstat -a ...' or 'lmutil
  lmstat -f {feature name}'
  
  Workaround: Use the lmutil.exe shipped with IBM Rational
  ClearCase 7.1.1.x
  
  To check the version of the lmutil program, run:
       lmutil lmver {path to lmutil.exe}
  
  If the second line of output starts 'FLEXnet Licensing
  v11.10.0.0', you are impacted by this issue.
  
  This issue has been reported to Flexera software in issue:
  SIOC-000118109 - 'lmstat' does not return data for vendor
  daemons

  lmutil.exe shipped with IBM Rational ClearCase 7.1.1.x
