  Description.
  An application that uses ServiceLib.setWebServiceLocation fails
  to call the correct service operations when deployed and run on
  dual WebSphere servers.
  
  This occurs where there are for instance two projects ie
  TestServiceOverride defined as JAXRPC and TestServiceOverride2
  as JAXWS. The problem here is with the JAXRPC service runtime so
  if we deploy the TestServiceOverride2 to a different target as
  JAXRPC, by changing the web service runtime in the egldd file,
  it will fail to use the proper URL.
