APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If any prep project version to be baselined is associated with a
  non-static task, Synergy will prevent the Baseline being created
  - which is correct.
  
  However, the user gets a very unhelpful message like this one:
  
  --- Begin Error Reporting ---
  CRCCM0187: The baseline could not be created because there are
  uncompleted tasks in the projects.
  You cannot create a baseline with projects that have non-static
  tasks.
  
  Baseline creation failed.
  
  Recommendation: Complete all the tasks in the projects you wish
  to include in the baseline.
  --- End Error Reporting ---
  
  The tasks which are preventing the baseline being created are
  not specified.
  
  Synergy should display those non-static tasks by default.
