  The problem was with the JWL hx:dataIterator. For some
  reason, it wasn't incrementing the index in the ID when
  iterating over the values, so we ended up with duplicate
  IDs. Then we try to create a Dojo widget for those nodes and
  Dojo would barf when you tried to create a widget with an ID
  that already exists.
  The fix I made was to add a unique string to the end of the
  IDs to ensure there's no duplicates. Ideally, we'd get a fix
  for JWL, but that's unlikely as development for JWL has
  ceased.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is now fixed in RAM v7.5.1.2 which is due to be
  released in 2013.
