  Deleting Information Exchanges also deletes Need Lines that
  were renamed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The 'Maintained By Generation' property has been made
  editable, allowing users to take control of generated Need
  Line, System Interface, System Node Interface definitions,
  and stop them being affected by associated behavior.
  
  The programmed behavior, as documented in the help, that
  removing Need Line symbols definitions where there are no
  underlying Information Exchange or System Data Exchange is
  correct. There was a slip-up where this behavior was not
  enabled, from versions 10.4.6 to 10.6.6 inclusive.
