  System Architect HTML Reports Generator and SA Publisher deliver
  an unsigned SVGViewer.jar file.
  
  This causes a Security Information dialog pop up window to be
  displayed in your browser when you try to access your published
  application.

Problem conclusion

• File was not signed with current certificate. Fixed in
  11.4.2. SVGViewer.jar signed with current certificate which
  expires in 2014.
  
  The new SVGViewer.jar file is now also available as a test
  fix on Rational Fix Portal.
