Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to start the product after upgrading from the 8.0.3
  release to 8.0.4 might cause an internal error to occur during
  the Validation process.
  
  Problem:
  
  If you have configured project-specific validation settings for
  any of your projects then the product may throw an internal
  error if any of the validators are not installed.
  
  Local fix:
  
  There is no known workaround at this time but the error can be
  safely ignored.
