PM62415: SAP LOGON - CORRECT CREDENTIALS => XSB-ERR-0091 A PROBLEM HAS BEEN ENCOUNTERED WITH THE SSO TICKET FROM AN SAP NETWEAVER

Error description

• In Cognos 10.1.1 (RP1) BI datasource connection is defined with
  authentication type set to external namespace SAP. When
  administrator from LDAP namespace logs in (not a user of
  SAP-namespace) and tries to execute a report by using Run with
  option HTML a SAP report he will prompted to log on as user from
  SAP-namespace as expected.   When further logging in as
  SAP-namespace with correct user credentials, the connection
  doesn't use the credentials supplied when running the report,
  but tries to use user name instead of user ID. This results an

  encountered: XSB-ERR-0091 A problem has been encountered with
  the SSO Ticket from an SAP NetWeaver portal for the connection:
  LANG=en_US CODEPAGE=4110 USER= ['User name instead of user ID']
  ASHOST=['Host path'] TYPE=3 SYSNR=10 CLIENT=100
  MYSAPSSO2=.../xxxxxxxx.  Error in cogserver.log:
  ----------------- CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client
  CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security
  directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered
  at login.   The problem exists when running reports against DQ
  package, no such problem against compatible package.
