PM62188: Cannot reset module level date attribute to blank

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the default value of a module level date attribute is blank,
  it will not reset to this value.
  
  Reproducible in DOORS 9.3.0.7 with following steps:
  1) in any module create a new date attribute and set the
  attribute scope for Module only and do not define a default
  value
  2) go to file ? module properties and set a value for this new
  date attribute
  3) now try to edit the attribute again and click the 'Reset to
  Default' button
  
  expected results:
  date attribute value should not be blank
  
  actual results:
  date attribute value did not change at all

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that when setting such an
  attribute to a default value that is blank, the value is
  changed accordingly
