Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  
  - In Main Description of an element like guidance for example
  you can edit it selecting Opening 'Rich text editor'
  - 'Add or edit Image map' button is grey
  - select the  'Add image' and decide to close without to do
  anything
  - the 'Add or edit Image map' button is active
  - select the 'Add or edit Image map' button  and the windows
  'Open Image Map Editor' appears, see screen shoot attached
  called ''Open Image Map Editor''
  You can not insert an image.

Local fix

Problem summary

• Clicking "Add or edit Image map" impossible add image and an
  error is in log file
  

Problem conclusion

• when user invoke the  "Add or edit Image map" action, RMC will
  check the selected image URL, if there hasn't a valid image URL,
  a warning dialog will pop up to say "There hasn't image be
  selected.", then the action will return and does nothing at all,
  otherwise, the image map editor will be opened as usual.
