PM61608: The sort icon of the left most column in the IBM Data Table component does not reset

Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to use the sort icon of the left most column in the
  Data Table component does not reset when this table is in a form
  tag.
  
  Problem:
  
  The problem only occurs when the data table is included in the
  form tag.  If you sort the table by clicking on the sort icon of
  a set of column headers and then attempt to reset them to the
  default state using a Reset command button then the left most
  selected header will not reset its state.
  
  To recreate the problem:
  
  1. Original web page on with the Data Table component:

  testcase and were programmatically entered into the data table.
  
  Only the 'sort icon: ( '??' ) changes to indicate
  if ascending ('*?') or descending ('?*') after clicked.

Problem conclusion

• Page - Adding sorting to a data table is updated for this
  fix. A section Resetting multiple columns is added to give
  steps to reset multiple columns.
