APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a defect record with history was exported, there were 9
  more entries in the history export file than expected.
  
  There was an Audit Trail record which has the same dbid as the
  defect record. When the Export Tool searched the history table
  for all records related to that entity id, it found the history
  entries related to the defect record (a total of 4) and entries
  associated with an audit trail record with the same id (a total
  of 9).
  
  When this history was imported with the record, it imported the
  audit trail entries as history entries as well.
