  Description of problem:
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  If you run a report from  Run-?Report -? BIRT configuration (in
  the Modeling perspective),
  that requires/uses a dynamic type parameters, the 'OK' button of
  the input parameters window,
  may appear grayed out preventing the report report from running.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  If you create a template which uses a Dynamic parameter that ask
  from example to set :
  - the value column as a URI
  - the display text as  a ame
  
  The OK button to complete the parameter window is not activated.
  
  
  If the value column and display text uses both the URI then the
  OK button is activated.
  
  Workaround:
  None
