Error description

  • Abstract: Attempts to stream text to the Console result in a
    crash in module: GDI32.dll using IBM Rational Software Architect
    v7.5.5.5
    Problem: Using using IBM Rational Software Architect v7.5.5.5 on
    Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 (the issue is not
    reproducible on Microsoft Windows 7):
    
    - Publish an application to IBM WebSphere Application Server
    - The application produces a large amount of logging information
    that is visible in the Console View
    - At some point Rational Software Architect crashes.
    - In the installation directory you find a file called
    'javacore...txt' containg this text:
