PM60014: EXTERNAL IDENTITY MAPPING EXPRESSION NOT WORKING

Error description

• The customer has a requirement for Cognos to accept two HTTP
  header variables, either may contain the username of the user
  that was previously authenticated in an earlier request. The two
  systems in question are IHS secured with Tivoli and Websphere
  portal server. IHS passes HTTP_IV_USER and WPS passes
  HTTP_REMOTE_USER. We must append HTTP_ so that the web server
  does not strip these headers out since REMOTE_USER is blocked in
  incoming requests on webservers due to obvious security
  problems. We're finding that the | ( or ) expression we're using
  is only matching the first argument and not the second.
