PM59869: DRILL DOWN CHINESE CHARACTER NOT WORKING

Error description

• The client created a DMR model has a hierarchy of the
  following:??REGION?PROVINCE?CITY?ACCOUNT??All the data in the 4
  levels are in Chinese Characters.?When the client used the model
  in any of the Studios (Analysis, Report and Query), they
  received a ?NO DATA AVAILABLE? when they drill down from Region
  to Province to City to Account.  It did not happen to  other
  dimensions that had an English character set. ??
