PM59798: FILTER ALWAYS OR FILTER WHEN POLISH SET AS CONTENT LANGUAGE

Error description

• When using polish as content language, the filter will be always
  displayed as OR filter in Query Studio. The filter will be
  applied correct on the data, but the user cannot distinguish
  weather a OR or AND filter was used, as always the keyword LUB
  is displayed.?For an AND filter 'I' should be displayed, for an
  OR filter 'LUB'.
